Sumo Japanese Restaurant

Last Thursday I was going through a bad day at office. Both the bunting and posters that arrived at my office were all printed wrongly! Wrong colours and images were smudged all over. The quality that this advertising agency, so-called dependable, really "˜made- my day. Anyone who saw the outcome of their materials would have vomitted instantly. Worst was that I had a DATELINE to meet and I get these unnecessarynonsense. I was furios, making numerouscalls to the person I liaised with and threatening to cancel our order if he doesn-t settle this problem ASAP. Boo Boo was aware of my upset emotions that day. He promised he will pamper me after work at home to calm me down. When he arrived my place, he called me out instead and told me to bring my wallet and phone. I stepped into his car and he drove off. Me: Huh? Where are we going? Boo Boo: Got lah! *Cheeky smile* Me: Eh?? Got surprise is it??? *Eyes twinkling* Boo Boo: *Smile* He brought me around USJ Taipan trying to make me confused as I was guessing where it is that he was planning to bring me. Finally we arrived"¦ SUMO JAPANESE RESTAURANT! Reasonable variety of choices to drool over! The environment is pretty casual and Japanese-like as how it should be. Love the whole lighting. So warm and cosy. Miso soup came first. It was part of Boo Boo-s set. Nothing much to talk about the soup. NORMAL. I LOVE the Tamago! The eggs are FAT and SWEET! Tamago = RM3.50 Boo Boo ordered the Ebi Ten Temaki. Ebi Ten Temaki = RM5.00 This is Boo Boo-s dish. Coming from a simple person who-s not too choosy over food, he went for the Chicken & Salmon Teriyaki Sizz! Chicken & Salmon Teriyaki Sizz = RM25.90 Being the greedy and fussy eater, I went for the ship"¦ LITERALLY!! This dish is REALLY nice! I thought I take this so I can try everything one shot and rate how good this place is"¦ Sushi Deluxe = RM29.00 Never leave a Japanese restaurant without having a cup of chawanmushi! That-s my rule.This is different because it is actually Seafood Chawanmushi filled with prawns and crabsticks. Yummy! Seafood Chawanmushi = RM6.50 We ended our meal with ice and warm green tea to wash off everything in our mouth. Japanese Green Tea = RM1.00 Japanese Ice Green Tea = RM1.50 Boo Boo was so sleepy after the heavy meal! While waiting for the bill to come he thought he catch a quick nap When the bill came.. he show me angry face"¦ :( He suddenly turn into a Sumo and Sumo me over the expensive dinner! Nah! Hehehe!! He was just imitating a Sumo guy as to say that he ENJOYED his dinner there. So did I! Overall Sumo Japanese Restaurant deserve a "˜B+- to "˜A-for their food! If anyone wants something better than Sushi King and even better than Jogoya (sorry to say.. Jogoya dropped standard) and cheaper than Jogoya and Hajime"¦ Sumo Japanese Restaurant is one of the few Japanese dine-in places to try out! After that, my day was all sunny and bright even though it was night time already. Love you Boo Boo!
