German food is synonymous with meat, especially red meat, which is seen in almost every restaurant and hotel. It is also ground or canned for future use. The sausage is rest in mild brine for around six days to keep them moist and then smoke them to perfection. This is done to preserve moisture and flavor. The German food is characterized by bratwurst, knackwurst, weisswurt, schnitzel and many other German authentic foods. the natural flavor and fervor. Along with the sausages, the cases are filled with liverwursts, salamis, ham and sandwich and of course, the meat. In addition, imported and domestic cheese are also used. Black forest ham is a specialty that is being used by the Germans. The German food utilizes cabbages, chocolates, curry ketchups, mustards, spices, soups and mush more.
